ECHO Sessions for 2024-25

ECHO offers four sessions throughout the school year at a cost of $150 per session. A session includes 6 weekly rehearsals with a concert performance. During the sessions, ECHO rehearses from 3-4:30 on Sunday afternoons with a concert following the final rehearsal. Payments can be made via Venmo and are due at the first rehearsal of each session. We also ask for parental volunteers during each session. Volunteer opportunities vary per session.

During the early summer, ECHO partners with Universal Studios for various performing opportunities for which we travel to Orlando to perform in and enjoy the parks. This trip costs $500 for travel, accommodations and park tickets. For interested musicians, we require a $100 deposit and then the payments can be broken down and added to each session. Musicians are required to attend all sessions to be eligible for the trip with mandatory trip rehearsals each session to be announced.

Session One:

Eerie ECHOes: Glow

Glow will feature the spookiest of dance, pop and techno-inspired tunes including Michael Jackson, Britney and more!

-Dress Rehearsal and Concert: 10/13 at Gulf Breeze United Methodist

Session Two:

ECHOing the Holidays: An Old Hollywood Holiday

Our musicians spend this session highlighting the swingingest sounds of the season featuring music from Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and more along with special guests, White Tie Rock Ensemble performing the rocking music of Trans-Siberian Orchestra!

-Dress Rehearsal and Concert: 12/8 at Gulf Breeze United Methodist

Session Three:

ECHO at Pensacon 2025

For over a decade, ECHO has partnered with Pensacon to provide the soundtrack for the region's largest convention with large orchestra performances and small ensemble features.

-Rehearsals:1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9 at First United Methodist Church

-Performances throughout Pensacon Weekend 2/15 - 16

Session Four:

ECHO Imagines: Filmharmonic

We're gonna make you an offer you can't refuse! This session will showcase some of the best film scores that bring the movies we love to life!

-Rehearsals:3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/27, 5/4 at First United Methodist Church

(No rehearsal on Easter or Mother's Day)
